Revalidation can take place without referral to the issuing branch. Travel restrictions will appear on the ticket to be revalidated and must be adhered to. Revalidation cannot take place when the change is to a higher season or to weekend travel where a surcharge applies. Extensions or changes cannot be made to the length of ticket validity or restrictions by this method.

The Revalidation Fee is maximum USD35 for each revalidated ticket (or each set of passenger conjunction tickets).Other (non-Network) flown revenue tickets - USD40 is charged for each revalidated ticket (or each set of passenger conjunction tickets).
Other (Network) tickets - All tickets in this category must be wrapped in a Network non-flown revenue ticket wrapper for identification. These are handled accordingly to the service standards of the airlines locally, and often will involve the passenger being sent to the airline branch.
In the case of continuing difficulties it is important that the passengers are accorded full respect and service. We seek to maximise repeat business and loyalty from our HELP services. If necessary contact the issuing branch and try to resolve the problem.
At the very least, establish a system of reporting of problems to the HELP desk in the area of issue to allow the lessons to be drawn.
